The Harriers are delighted to announce that a weekly adults training (16 +) session will start the first Wednesday in October ( the 2nd) with training taken by Rory Anderson

We will meet outside the Teviot Parish Church (End of High School) at 7.15 . This is open to all, old, new and current members and will involve rep work, interval sessions, hills, all ages and abilities are welcome. Training sessions will accommodate all.
