On 3rd August, Rory and Ishbel hope that many Harriers members and their friends (16 & Over) will be able to join them to celebrate their season as Club Captains.
The now annual Captains Run and Social has been organised by Rory and anyone who wishes to take part could you please email him – roryanderson@ymail.com. This is essential so he can prepare for the correct number of people.
The plan is to meet, ready to run, at the Haugh at 3pm, where bags (alcohol, towel, change of clothes etc.) can be dropped off.
There are two loops 4-mile & 8-mile and both finish ‘Up the Dean’ at Glenburn (Rory & Jades house).
Your bags will magically have reappeared here and there are 3 showers available for anyone sweaty enough who may require one (there is also a nearby burn if you prefer).
This is a BRING YOUR OWN DRINK!!! event and weather dependent there will either be a BBQ or pizzas to eat.
