Teviotdale harriers adults training night – NEW

The Harriers are delighted to announce that a weekly adults training (16 +) session will start the first Wednesday in October ( the 2nd) with training taken by Rory Anderson

We will meet outside the Teviot Parish Church (End of High School) at 7.15 . This is open to all, old, new and current members and will involve rep work, interval sessions, hills, all ages and abilities are welcome. Training sessions will accommodate all.

Junior Training Starts Again

Wednesday 22nd August at 6pm, will see the Junior Training sessions begin for the 2018-19 Teviotdale Harriers season.

With everyone suitably rested after the long hot summer it will be great to see many familiar and lots of new faces eager and ready to train.

All Primary 3 children and older are welcome to come along and under the watchful eye of our qualified coaches, see what it’s all about.

Teviot Church, St George’s Lane – 6pm until 7pm (ish). The cost is 50p with juice and biscuits available after training to help ‘aid the recovery process.’

Junior Training Resumes

Teviotdale Harriers Junior Training nights have resumed after the Christmas break. Here are a few snaps showing the juniors and the adults who assist. Anyone interested in coming along we meet on Wednesday nights at 15a High Street, (old citizens advice bureau) at 6pm – 7ish pm, cost 50p and juice and biscuits provided at the end of the session.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Attention all new Juniors and a wee reminder to the rest of you.

Circuit Training is held every Thursday 4 – 5 pm in the Launch Room at Thinkfitness. Come along and improve your core strength and see your running improve as well. Good music, lots of laughs and enjoyable exercise. What’s not to like!

New Year’s Day Run 2012

A message from your Club Captain:

Start 2012 with a sociable run.   Meet at the High Street Clubrooms at 10am, usual photo opportunity then the run starts at 10:30am.
