Teviotdale Harriers staged the 28th 1514 Uphill Mile on Tuesday 8th May and for the fourth time in five, Rory Anderson led them home.
The 1514 Club sponsored event saw 22 runners start from the Mote Park gates and headed ‘Up’ to the finish at Crumhaughhill Farm.
Clear in first Anderson was followed home by 16-year-old Duncan Little, claiming the junior trophy. Caroline Jack earned the senior women’s title with Maisie Ballantyne claiming junior girls gold.
Barrie MacDonald, 1514 Club President was on hand to present the prizes.
