First Race 12.15 (15 minutes earlier than previous years)

Declarations are as last year at the Course.

Young Females and Young Males declarations open at 10.15am.

Women’s and Men’s declarations open at 11.30am.

TOILETS

Toilets Facilities will be accessible all day at the school, and will be sign posted For athletes and spectators.

CHANGING FACILITIES

Changing Facilities will be accessible all day at the school, and will be sign posted For athletes and spectators.

SHOWERING FACILITIES

Tryst Sports Centre, located at Cumbernauld town centre and is a 5 min drive from Cumbernauld House Park & Cumbernauld Academy.

The facility manager has kindly gave permission for athletes and spectators of the event to use the TRYST SPORTS centre up to 6pm.

The facility provide hot showering facilities and changing rooms with hairdryers etc.

This will be FREE of charge.
