Declarations are at the Course.

Young Females and Young Males declarations open at 10am.

Women’s and Men’s declarations open at 1115am.
Senior/Junior Women will run 4 Laps – Masters and W50+ will run3 laps as in previous years.

PARKING
Parking is avaialble at Cumbernauld Academy, South Kildrum Ring Road, Cumbernauld, G67 2UF.  This is a 15min walk to the course- see map for details.

TOILETS

Toilets Facilities will be accessible all day at the school, and will be sign posted For athletes and spectators.

CHANGING FACILITIES

Changing Facilities will be accessible all day at the school, and will be sign posted For athletes and spectators.

SHOWERING FACILITIES

Tryst Sports Centre, located at Cumbernauld town centre and is a 5 min drive from Cumbernauld House Park & Cumbernauld Academy.

The facility manager has kindly gave permission for athletes and spectators of the event to use the TRYST SPORTS centre up to 6pm.

The facility provide hot showering facilities and changing rooms with hairdryers etc.

This will be FREE of charge.

Christmas Relays

The Christmas Relays are a fun but still competitive event open to all members. Runners are split into teams and race around the course before handing over to the next team member. Fancy dress is optional.

Prizes for all runners and raffle follow straight after event.
